Learn to be assertive, not aggressive. Get their center manager to speak his/her Pinoy English to you.

Tell him about Lemon Law. About how the product you buy must be repaired to your satisfactions, not theirs. If not, they will have to provide you with a proper replacement to your satisfaction, not theirs. Replaced until you are satisfied.

Warranty, and Terms & Conditions are useless in such cases under Lemon Law.

Also ask him/her about the loss of usage time. How would they compensate you.

Please don't be naive and take "no" for an answer.

well, a number of my sources who have been providing me with accurate launch dates (for iPhones, Galaxy S3/4 and Note II), I have been protecting them well!

what i am hoping to see is a heads-up on such info when you share with the forum members. tough monitoring different mobile phone threads.

i usually go into a particular phone thread before, during or after my review to seek feedback, and see what areas you all want me to help find out.

We did have company-sponsored 4G SIM Cards for 4G LTE testing, but we terminated the lines after doing two rounds of secret network tests earlier this year.

As with company regulations, there must be a valid reason for paying the monthly subscription for SIM card. hence, once the tests are done, we terminated the lines.

I am currently looking into re-contracting my own line to a 4G plan (on the mid-tier one though with slightly more data bundle), so I can give you a more realistic assessment of the battery performance of 4G devices.

Still haven't made up my mind on what phone to get yet though. The next Nexus phone? This Sony Z1? Or LG G2? iPhone 5S? Really depends.

It's brighter and more white than Z/V. And also X-Reality colors are not as saturated as Bravia Engine 2.

Tried the camera, nothing to be wow about seriously. There's this bo liao app where you can take AR effect like a 3D dinosaur/fairies in the backdrop lol

can help to confirm sensor size and megapixel?
