Alt+Tab Freezes computer

Hey guys, looking for some common troubleshooting solutions for my computer. Recently have experienced some alt+tab issues when playing games, mainly Dota2 on Steam. No problems during gameplay, loading etc, it hangs only when im doing an alt+tab to the desktop. Thank you for viewing and helping out. ;)

Here are my specs:
pentium E6500 2.94ghz
mobo Asus P5G41T-M LX
Gfx ATI Radeon HD5700
4gb ram.
