Would suggest not altering but getting another size. Most of the new jerseys are either taped or using a sew free "seamless" construction to prevent chafing and so you dun see stitches running down the sides. Even those jerseys that come default with the stitches have a neater fell seam than what most alteration tailors or seamstress here can do. They will do a simple blind stitch that would unravel quite easily and looks ugly on the inside.

being small size, those authentic ones usually dont fit me. so thats why i got a youth XL (as L is too short for me) and intended to alter after i got it... So you are saying i should just leave it? but it reallys looks too big for me....

It depends on how willing you are to live with the alterations that are substandard. Also with alterations, any kind of background graphics, holographic logo, badges etc could be removed or become weirdly positioned.

Take a look at your current jersey and see if there are two side seams running down the body of the jersey. If you dun see any, alterations is definitely out of the question.
