I also recalled attending a viewing as a buyer, another fella brought entire family + contractor for viewing, machiam like sure get the house. In the end, I got the unit.

If I own a landed, the homeseller model does not work for me. Even the Chee guy admit a certain prop agency, their videos are the best.

During nego as my seller agent did not come to the viewing the buying agent tried to get me to commit to selling price but I told them to talk to my agent.

Need to be smart and not say the wrong things during viewing
