Amazon prime now warranty

Just brought Corsair vengeance ram from the ‘Singapore’ section of amazon prime now. It arrived without convergent sticker. Does that mean there’s no warranty? Anyone knows?

You can always claim warranty direct from Corsair, with or without Convergent sticker.

Does that mean I have to ship it to Corsair directly? That’s overseas right? Or can I still go through convergent? Sigh thought buying from Singapore section means local stock...

Local stock means local prices means 30% more ex

You can always contact Amazon if there's any issues. Also RAMs has limited lifetime warrenty. You can contact Corsair by email directly and see what they can do.

damn u bought 2 sticks too yesterday and it didn't have convergent sticker

oh well u have to rma directly with corsair then

Luckily ram is small so shipping to Taiwan shud be cheap. The price I paid is definitely worth it despite the lack of local warranty

It stated sold by amazon Asia pacific holdings instead of amazon us like in the international section. Prices are also different between the Singapore section and international section even for the exact same item. That’s why I assumed it wasn’t imported US stock haha

Hmm if i remember correctly last time amazon ram has convergent sticker. which set you bought?

Hey Guys,

I am always here to help regardless whether the stocks are from me or not. If you are concerned about the RMA, I can try to intercede and help because having a DRAM fail on you can be quite distressing. Especially since now DRAM prices are sky-high, it doesn't make sense to buy a reserve pair just for the sake of the immediate use of your rigs.

If you purchased from a source that doesn't have our warranty sticker or from SLS. Then just email me jeremiah@convergent.com.sg and I will be more than happy to validate it for you.

Or should you guys have a SKU which you fancy and want it, I can bring it in too! The variations of the DRAM can be so vast. It's getting a little crazy.

So... lemme know and let's do it.
