Dear all

I have a strange situation.

Wife subscribed to Amazon Prime Video. We get a great version on our PCs, but the version on the internet ready [LG] TV is different. Less Hollywood blockbusters and I noticed a lotta of Asian (Bollywood) movies.

I have tried re-login but to no avail.

APV has no helpdesk number and I am on Viewqwest which I tried calling for an hour and gave up.

Anyone has the answer for the different version? Just wanna get the Hollywood version on my Internet TV.

Thank you.

Check if you have the Freedom TV add-on by Viewqwest. It allows you to access US-only content for any connected clients.

For your LG TV, it might be possible that Freedom TV wasnt working, hence it waas connected to SG Amazon prime instead.

Hi, Thank you for replying. I have checked and I do have Freedom TV. It is just that I am getting it on my PCs but not the Internet TV, and the Ipads.

Will try emailing Viewqwest.

Happening no for me too. Amazon.com just stopped loading on Viewqwest. How did you solve the problem? Help line not picking up. 1 hour already
