Amazon US returns now handled by DHL?

Has that always been the case? I had to self-ship a motherboard 2 or 3 years ago, paid about 70+ sgd which was reimbursed. Tried returning rams purchased there during BF sales and there was a DHL courier option, a drop-off at DHL option and self ship. Really pleasant surprise.

They would rather charge into their own account. Your mobo return probably cost $30 at most by DHL

Are the rams bought on Amazon.com or Amazon.sg but sold by Amazon US? Returning it back to US by DHL is free?

Bought in Amazon.com. the Amazon.sg stuff see heng suay. One time I kena ninjavan, another time some company I never heard of before.

If you ordered from Amazon.sg then contact Amazon.sg CS to replace the order.

If you ordered from Amazon US then contact Amazon US CS to replace the order.

The relevant CS will create a new order for you with $0 purchase price.
