but 3600 also more powerful than this already...so if you don't need quad channel RAM then this CPU and board are pretty pointless now.

Just shows that AMD is clogging shelf space, they need to clear out old stocks because new releases are too fast.

This CPU is worth considering only if there is a cheap US$100 MB available.
