Exploitation requires BIOS flash with Signed Firmware updates.
Like any Computer cannot be exploited by putting in a backdoor in firmware update.

Read carefully and those information sounds like fabricated. No proof of concept and given 24hrs for AMD to respond on all these flaws? GPZ team gave Intel 6 months.

All 13 of the flaws identified by CTS Labs require administrative access to exploit.
