Anyone in Singapore selling AMD FX - 8350 + Gigabyte GA-970 UD3 motherboard?

I found one with FX-8350 but was overpriced .

just curious, how you define overpriced?
is it more expensive than retail price?

Im not sure whats the max retail price in singapore but:
One i saw here was priced 313sgd at PC Themes.

Amd cpu r over priced in sg. That's y most of us. Including me import them from amazon which is so much cheaper.
