This massive price has been lowered for the FX5.0 9590 CPU. Winning bids will get a rebate of $580 upon winning the PC.

In order to maintain the minimum bid amount of $388. Only bids above $968 will be entitled to the rebate. ( I will also inform the bidders personally who bidded under $968 )

Since $388 + $580 = $968. I guess the rest is logic
