AMD: Nvidia G-Sync technology will negatively affect FPS.

Which is the problem. From observation, most of these G-Sync monitors are using TN panels, but cost quite a lot.

thats why I don't touch G-sync.... TN panels selling at IPS price......what a joke.

Becz of that, I believe the XB Acer IPS panel will sell like hot cake.


Its like the only IPS model with 144Hz and G synch.

Actually no..... This is because Gsync or Freesync is more for niche market. If you see the mass market. Most of the pple don't care whatever sync. Normal monitor can play game can already.

Although I AMD fan, I also not interested in freesync. All those whatever tearing etc...... don't reall bother me.

Because of VESA, "all" monitors in the near future will be freesync compatible. So even if people don't care, they can at least make use of adaptive sync to improve their gaming enjoyment.
