My Thinkpad p16 with premium warranty spoils, Lenovo keeps asking me to do system recovery & hardware diagnostics & haven’t agreed to pick it up. This is the worst experience I had have with them.
Imagine I’m an uncle/auntie, will they ask me to do such things?
