You have better alternative for that model?
What’s your budget and main usage?
For gaming, imo rtx3050 is alright for less intensive game titles but it will struggle for games like Red Dead redemption 2

but if you want a good priced, decent spec laptop for work, then the ideapad 5 pro with rtx3050 is good

What's the value for money legion now? Is it the legion 5 , ryzen 6800h, rtx 3060?
There was a promo for Legion 5 Pro with RTX 3070 at 2k in previous page.
If you miss it then wait for rtx 4050 models. 4050 is just as fast as 3060, great for 1080p gaming. Can go check Chinese reviewer.

Imo You already gave yourself the answer

in terms of RTX graphics card… there are a few models, namely
3050
3060
3070
3080
3090

Nvidia RTX 3050 is a very basic, entry level model of Nvidia RTX graphic card range, so its the cheapest
3060 & 3070 are the midrange but it offers wY better graphics performance than 3050

while RTX 3080n 3090 are like the highest end, top of the line model and thus most expensive

So its normal to find RTX3050 fitted in budget or affordable laptops & gaming laptops with modest to low end specs

while you will find 3060 & 3070 fitted in more higher end laptops with better specs

and 3080 n 3090 will be found in some of the most expensive laptops and maxed up specs

Since you have a certain budget and certain usage level… then its best to get the laptop which best fit your requirements

alternatively, you can head down to lenovo showroom, Courts, Harvey Norman, best denki to physically see see look look at the laptops and then decide
