Does topping up shopee pay count as "online shopping" for the Amex app offer?

bro I just try topup my shopeepay with 50$ with $1 admin.
then check my email. Amex stated I activated my online shopping offer. So it works.

Is the offer based on transaction or posting date?

ie. If to topup today posted in Nov, is it considered for Oct or Nov?

For Amex if u do on the date will take awhile to reflect is the same date. Cos the email came in instantly when I topup shoppepay.
I paid my bill using sp app today also same. Reflect I used the offer. 50$ with 5$ rebate.

the email for $1 rebate came few hrs later after i topup shopee. so not always instantaneous.

due to u-save, my geneco bill is $42, unable to pay $50 and my sp bill is 0 expecting 0 due to u-save again. so i try to concurrent pay $20 on app and $30 on website in geneco to evade to 'cannot go negative balance'. So i successfully pay $50 in 2 bills

Can't. It's only offered to those direct with Amex. Even so, it's targeted and limited. Have to save these offers in the Amex app to qualify, even if they are offered to u.
