Amnesty Protest situation in Bangkok

Hi,

I am going over for a short trip to Bangkok this coming weekend with wife. Any bros there can advise the situation now?

Is it very chaotic and which places should i avoid? Will be staying at Pratunam.

Thinking of going over Chatuchak via BTS.

with the kind of traffic jam that pratunam boasts, even the protester will do their best to stay away from there. Unless they wanna shop and protest of cos.

The usual tourist spots should be business as usual.

You may wanna avoid the areas around grand palace though, the protests has moved there.
