With all the screens coming up against the bezel on phones and tablets, I need to hold properly with my thumb on the screen instead of at the sides.

Tried a couple apps that kills touch on one side of the screen, but that is not practical as well. For example, I cannot press the backwards/forwards buttons of the browser.

Any suggestions?

Hahaha they had to have this coming with all the curved Edge phones from Samsung. I mean, how can you hold and use the phone when it's screen everywhere?

I think your only remedy is to bulk the phone with a flipcase.

Holding something at the edges doesn't make sense ergonomically. There's a reason the thumb has evolved as such.

Digitizer sensor tech needs to evolve to cater for the thumb being ON the screen for proper use.

I've actually tried pressing my thumb onto the iPad's accessibility button (not sure if it's called that) as a way to get around this issue. So was thinking whether any software has being designed for this purpose.
