android development resources

Hi there

Was wondering if there are off the shelf resource that i can use for my android application. Few stuff i need are...
1) account module (registration, login, logout, change pwd)
2) shopping cart
3) database web services

i think you might want to know how web application works before delving into mobile apps? because the flow essentially the same but web applications usually easier

anyway, for resources, think google (not the official android google documentation) search would suffice. There's too many ways of doing the layout design and none of them are essentially wrong

In fact i have an existing app and a website which i paid someone to do.however i feel its not well coded resulting in frequent crashes. Decided to take a look at it myself and see if i can compile some of module mentioned above from the resources in the net.
