It happens. Anyway you'd need a spread of different heroes. If your current 5* team are top tier heroes with a different line up, focus on that still. Just keep the kang kang for fodder in future.

Anyway I have a 5* kamelot and thinking of 6* it. But I also have aka/2*, tanksalot/3* and I feel that they are able to fit into pretty much any team composition easily in a long run. So what do you guys think, should I focus on my kamelot or bring either aka/tanks to 6* instead?

Just got a 2* Kamelot from 10x summon this morning haha. On my second account. That account has 3 Kamelots now -.-

But all still low level, having lousy 5*s....can't progress.

I've not tried nana myself. So can't determine. I can get her to 6* if I really wanted to...but not my priority.
You've not completed 10-6?
What did you use before Nana in the team?
But that line up looks decent if you are still at that stage.

Nana not worth it.... Looks good on paper but underwhelming in use.... Get 6* can use la...

Is Lara 6* worth enhancing? I just expended quite some 3* 4* fodders to +5 her, just to make my 5-3 runs faster. Damn bad luck on enhancement, heartache

For me personally I would enhance 6* heroes that I'm using often.
Really is up to you and whether if you have other higher priority heroes you need to enhance first.

484-394-944 (this is my account that I am VERY CERTAIN I created in the Global server as someone here in the Asia server tried to add me before but could not...when I was creating twinks to refer myself in the past with another iOS device, I could not add/search myself from the Asia server too)

264-694-054 (this is my new 1 week old account, that was created on the Asia server)

can help me see if both accounts are searchable through the ID search?
By right Asia server should not be able to find the Global one...

you'd need a tanker or a 5* to Pseudo tank till you get 10-6 first.
Otherwise will be very hard to win with 4*/3* teams.

I personally completed 10-6 with
4* akayuki
3* tanks
3* clara
3* witch disc
