Need some advice here.

I don't know if i should put Mikan (3chains +130%) or Vegas (5 chains +300%) in my pvp team.

The 300% from vegas is indeed attractive. But always during pvp very slim chances of me hitting 5 chains.

Certainly mikan for pvp, vega should be more suited for boss raid for massive dmg.

I see a change in ranking for some characters, like Orc Hero being promoted to God Tier, while Li is demoted to S+ Tier.
