If you look at the Chinese FB page too, they are talking about changing it too... will get 20 members by lvl 2 and cost to upgrade decreased....

but earliest time to change also will be end of next guild hunt

I hope so.... Not that hard to backtrack the donations so far.... But just in case, do hold off donating for the moment until clarifications
