i talk regularly with the leader of a local armada 1003876, which i found from the international hi3 group on facebook.

he has 5 of his friends in his armada, while i also have 5 of my friends in another armada (which i’m currently in), so that’s half of a tier II armada already.

maybe we can make this work hmm
