i tested mine twice last time and both times didnt proc so i changed it. would have kept it as situational ability if it did
dont tell me is i so suay didnt proc twice in a row even at 94%...

Hmm yeap s+ version and so far it always save me some air tcks money..take my newly equipped 35% neutralize ability for instance,it nvr proc once since Tuesday? While much older 29% defense procs very often..best proc rates are twice in the same game.so I believe we have to give new pendants or special abilities a time frame b4 they start working for us.

btw your 29% and 35% not because old or new. 35% very rarely procs cause need 天時地利人和. 29% on the other hand has a chance to activate whenever under attack.

I don't think has anything to do w old or new? Right after I equipped 35% it proc liao but now very rarely alr maybe bcos I also don't often meet ppl who will use angel card to block attacks; they usually save it for landmarks. But still satisfied la, the other time my 29% proc twice consecutively in the same game, song song gao jurong sia!
