I am wondering does Android TV box can really stream those very high definition/4K/Dolby Vision movies? I am usually downloaded from the internet and the file sizes of those 4K/Dolby Vision movies are around 25G ~35G.

u do not need fast broadband plan to watch those. just look at netflix. their server upload speed usually 20-30Mbps.
thus even 100Mbps broadband plan supports it.
