I purchased dr.fone WhatsApp transfer for PC but in the confirmation email, the link to download the software leads to an error message - "This download.wondershare.com page can’t be found"

I tried downloading the software directly from the dr.fone webpage (Downloads section) but when I tried to transfer after entering the license key (in the purchase confirmation email), it says that "Your Copy of the Software is not registered yet"

Did anyone else encounter the same errors?

The same thing happened to me with Dr Fone last night...i bought it from the wondershare site...they offered me a refund when they could not solve this issue...

Now looking for another app...any recommendations?

There are altogether 5 times usage I’ve used it for 1 time only.

After I enter my Whatsapp number it keep appear Update Whatsapp (Error msg: This version of Whatsapp became out of date on 12 Sep 2021. Tap Download below get the lastest version from the Google Play Store.

Even I after update my android still cannot transfer to my IOS

Do i need to get whatsapp installed in iphone before using drfone?
If Im using 2 different phone, is it still possible to transfer when i am using my main sim card in iphone while the samsung using another different number card?

For me I did it with WhatsApp installed on my iPhone already.
Your SIM card can be on any phone as long as you can receive the OTP SMS from WhatsApp. (That technically means your SIM card can be in a 3rd phone too)

Wanted to check with the other people who transferred from Android. I also transferred over from Android and initially able to see everything. But about 1-2 weeks ago, I realised that messages transferred over are no longer visible in the chat. They are still stored somewhere because when I search in WhatsApp for the keyword, the search results show the message. But when I tap on the message to go into it, cannot see anything.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Yes I have the same issue (see one post above yours). Actually the text is there too because if you search by keywords, you can see the message preview in the search results. But somehow they are not showing in the chat itself.

Interestingly, can see limited history in WhatsApp Web.

I got the issues resolved. By updating the software to the latest version and doing another round of restore, all the chat histories are showing now.

i would say after using dr fone. backuptrans is trash.

so far help 3 persons transfer over.. super seamless.
