The anker supposed to be able to charge at 2A? For some reason my 6-port anker can only charge my note 4 at 1.5A. Using the original cable from Samsung.

This is a misconception to most users out there. Doesnt mean a port that has 2A capable means you will charge your device at 2A. It doesnt work that way.
Most phones will not pull 2A. Most phones will at most pull out around 1.8A and below. For your note 4, non quick charge it is suppose to charge 1.8A at 5v from 0%. And ampheres will drop gradually when the battery is being charged.
Only devices that will probably pull 2A would be tablets. Not old ones, but newer ones will be able to pull 2A.
And also many have the misconception that different brands of multi port chargers will charge differently or charge slower or charge faster.
Multi port chargers are not meant to charge faster than regular normal charger that comes with it.
Multi port chargers different brand has wrong detection and unable to charge the device properly. Such as Anker fails to detect my ipad mini 3 the last time. And it did not charge. And also my Sharp Crystal phone that is unable to detect.
Sharp Crystal suppose to pull in 1.45A at 5v. But it fails.
And here is the ipad mini 3 not able to detect. Which suppose to be pulling out 2.1A at 5v.
And when it comes to apple products,they are darn sensitive in charging. The moment it detects a wrong current output, and did not falls within the specifications of charging. It will simply just not charge. Here is one good example of Choetech issue for not charging the ipad mini 3 properly.
There is no perfect multi charger to begin with. And non of them will charge faster than the regular stock wall plug provided by the product manufacturer. Its aim is to unify one charger with multi ports so that one will not need to have so many charger plugs to charge various devices. Hence this multi port chargers are introduced. But they do not have a perfect capabilities to detect all kinds of devices. So buy what you need and what it offers.
Like for my case i purposely buy all 3 to test. Anker 6 ports, Choetech 6 ports with Qualcomm certified quick charge 2.0, and lastly thecoopidea 5 ports 55w. Of cause im not done yet, im even moving on to find out more on Aukey multi port and see whether does it have any detection issues.
