Marina Square is like a dead mall now, why the rental so ex? I wonder why I spend so much of my youth there hanging out sia, its really quite an inconvenient place to get to in to 90s and 2000s

Last time MS got GV, pool tables and bowling alley there. Before GV move to suntec I think.
