In summary, (very quick), cause I skip through also.

But key is:
- They book via agency to go Europe
- Wanted agency to do everything for them (book hotels, plan itinerary, and provide transport), supposed to be a company trip(?) to enjoy?
- Transport from 2 vans become 1 big bus, and then they force them to switch back to 2 vans
- Hotel rooms check-ins not done pre-arrival, still must do manually 1 by 1 and hence can take up to 1 hour to check in
- Also complained that hotel rooms given was usually out of city areas, and have to request for those nearer to city centre
- Complain certain facilities like sauna cannot be used in the hotel cause it closed after 6pm
- Complain itinerary planned a shopping day on a Sunday but shops were all closed on Sunday and closed at 6pm
- Had to upfront pay additional SGD $10,000 (5,000 for transport and another 5,000 for accomodation? I think)
All in all costs paid is 5-6k per pax for 6 or 5 day and not including air tickets.
