Ant stuck inside U2312HM screen, how to remove?

I have a dead ant on my U2312HM panel, anyone knows how i can open up the panel and remove it off the screen. Dell says this is "act of nature" which is not cover under warranty.

I need to know whether it is easy to open up the panel and if there are any online guides which i can follow.

To anyone else who gets this problem:

After following the guide up to the point where you remove the metal bezel, you will have to lift the screen up to reveal a white backing where I presume the light is emitted (edge-lit?) from. Between the composite layer and that white backing is where your ant will be.

You won't be able to lift the whole thing up as there are connectors and a metal ribbon (probably a kind of tamper-evident seal) but you'll be able to lift it off a little, like in the image below. You will find the ant in there.
