Hi bros here, my system listed on the right is having random restart issue. I have tested with another ram, monitor, spare motherboard, sata cable and psu power cable but the same problem still persist. Few hours ago I decide to test with another psu so I swap the Antec TP 650w with another system which is using an old Antec psu(Truepower Trio 550w).
The old Antec psu using on the system listed at the right currently is running with no issue. But the Antec TP 650w using on another system consist of G2010 cpu and gts 250 gpu end up having same problem. I conclude that the Antec TP 650w psu is the one causing the problem and want to RMA it but have few doubts as follow.
1) No receipt, but psu have CT label Year is 09 and Month is Oct. Understand this psu is 5 years warranty so still has few month warranty so I still can sent for RMA right?
2) CT is under Corbell but now Antec is disributed by Convergent, so I should go to Corbell or Convergent?
3) As this is a random issue and if at the RMA service centre they cannot find this issue, will I not allow to RMA?
