any 1 downclock 7870myst?

I play dota2 sc2 d3.

My 7870seems overkill.
I m wondering if I can downclock to reduce fan noise
Any bros hav similar exp?

try undervolt usin powercolor power up tuner. mine seemed to be able to run stock clock @ below 1.15v. u can underclock it too, fix fan speed @ 40~45%, that's d max i can stand.

I think fan speed adj according to how hot the card is
I will try ahkhoo met method tho.

I can't stand even 40%.

25% is too low i reckon, u need to downclock & downvolt alot. personally i found 40% is tolerable, 45% is audible. maybe u can try 35% if still too loud put it to 25%. another way for silent + low load temp is try to source for an artic twin turbo II if budget allowed. reach from ocn it can be fitted on d MYST.
