So far I only found the AOC CU34G2X has all these features, but its quite fugly. I don't like the red streaks all over the monitor.

Any other recommendations?

Ok seems like gigabyte G34WQC and prism plus x340 pro 144 also has pbp and pip.
Since 3 are similar price. Any feedback which one is a better buy?

Honest opinion, dont buy for the HDR. Any monitor with below 600nits peak brightness cant show display HDR content accurately which makes it pointless. Out of the options, i think the gigabyte would be the better option

I’m using ips panel now. Not sure if go to va panel will have big difference or not. Ips seems like twice the price of va.

Elijahoni is right. Unless you are prepared to shell out thousands for the highest end monitors that can go really bright, the HDR label is quite pointless. Even for those that do, I’ve not seen one that has implemented fald really well, so blooming is quite obvious.
IPS monitors are known for better colour accuracy and better viewing angles, but the compromise is usually speed/refresh rates. No free lunch. A good quality high refresh 1440p ips panel usually costs a pretty penny.

tbh i cant really see the difference between VA and IPS in terms of the ghosting etc. Colors are definitely better on the IPS but not to a huge margin. If you are looking at for a cheap ultrawide option, you can definitely look at the gigabyte.

VA panels have improved over the years to match the response time and improve the ghosting problem, it still there, just hardly noticeable

agree on the colors on IPS are better, but unless you are doing creative contents, it doesnt really matter
