Any advice on my PC build?

Hi guys, I'm building my very first PC, and this is the build I've come up with. It will be connected to a monitor as well as a TV in my room. If there are any changes you think I should make to the build, please do tell me. Same goes for any advice you may have. I intend to buy the whole set in November.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690k
Motherboard: Asrock Z97 Extreme4
GPU: Gigiabyte GTX970 G1 Gaming 4GB
Memory: Corsair Vengeance CL9 1600MHz 8GB (4GB x 2)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
PSU: Seasonic M12ii Modular 620W
Case: Sharkoon T28

I need advice on what CPU cooler i should get since i will be OCing. I'm also pulling a DVD writer from one of my old PCs.

get a better case.....add a SSD

Looks like you are planning to OC, consider adding an aftermarket CPU cooler to your list bro.

Oh yeah, definitely go for an additional SSD for your OS. You won't regret it.

Consider the Corsair Hydro series. The H105 seems like a popular choice.
