Any app that can block numbers?

As above. I'm looking for an app that is able to block phone numbers. My 4s is not jailbroken so an app that can be found on App World would be good. The no of nuisance calls & SMS that I'm getting each day is really getting to me!

ya ios7 got. inbuilt block number feature I recall
but should have a appl if on older ios I guessing

Try DND. It blocks all calls when phone is locked.

just complain to the telco. they will send warning letter out to the relevant parties
