Any AppleCare discount for Macbook?

Got a MacBook Pro 13" M1 refurbished from Apple US and still within window to buy AppleCare.
Anyone knows if there is AppleCare discounts here?

Was doing a search and found AppleCare offered in Malaysia's Harvey Norman at a much lower price than SG (is AppleCare protection plan vs SG's Applecare+). Can I purchase AppleCare from Malaysia and apply it on my MacBook?
