My phone duno y screen suddenly cracked n no display at all now.. it can't detect the drive in PC though I see the device in my computer. I think need to allow the data to be able to access via HP first then can view thru PC. Any lobang where can fix my screen

Having a working screen doesn't guarantee you access to the storage via PC.

It could be your lcd liquid leaked to the motherboard and spoil the phone

Yep, you are required to allow storage via notifications menu else it will be "charging only" and not allow you to access the files within.

You can try the PC suite to see if it is able to bypass that and allow you to view your phone's directory to facilitate the backup

Have you fixed your screen issue?
is the data important?

Also what make and model it is ?

i tried to DIY and completely killed my screen. lol. now is really have to buy the screen AND digitaliser( now i know why is it so ex ) which cost about the same before i start to DIY. I also dont remmeber what data i have inside but i think is not worth to spend 200sgd for it and i dont have that spare money to do so. I will try to find ways to "hack" into my own phone since the phone is still working, just that i cant see anything. i dont trust putting my phone with strangers cos i dont know what data i have inside.

Model is samsug J3 Pro. I dint know is ah tiong made brand It look so real only realise when i go to samsung shop but it was too late. tot buy frm IT show wont get scam but i was wrong. Lesson learnt, NEVER EVER buy from IT show if you want to buy BRANDED phones like samsung. I bought a 1k plus S7 edge before S8 out cos this hapen before S8 out and i desparately need a phone.

Many of those "wonderful-looking" models at IT shows are "export sets" from Tiongland - buy at your own risk of how long it's gonna work.
