Am using the TS8070. Bought barely 6 months ago so I doubt its already up lorry lah. Anyway, in the past after printing when I turn it off, I seem to recall a message asking if I want to retract the tray (I mean the tray that "receives" the print out, not the paper cassette which holds the paper) and I tap yes.
After printing this morning, the usual message did not appear when I turned off the printer and now the tray is jutting out. I tried to gently push it but its not moving so obviously it would not be too bright to force it harder.
Tried turning it off and back on and then off again but still the same. And there is no manual option in the OSD menu to retract the tray.
Anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks.
