Hi! I am 35 years old male , non smoker and thinking of getting a term insurance that can renew. I went to compare first website and HSBC direct value term 5 year with ci benefits came first with a premium of $268 per year. It covers:
1.TPD for $200,000
2. Death for $200,000
3. Option rider: critical illness

HSBC also have this plan Protect 150 premium is $15 per year for $150 000 world wide personal accident coverage.

Is they anybody know of any cheaper plan with same coverage? Wondering why all company rate for insurance are different when cover the same amount like $200 000. Post here please thanks

hello y2kbug

HSBC Protect 150 death and permanent disablement claims got to be specifically as a result of an accident (transportation collision, heavy load from high building hitting your head resulting in damage or death etc).

Such personal accident plans are usually cheaper compared to typical life insurance.

can't get any cheaper than direct purchase ba :(

you buy 5 years, the next 5 years how? it's going to be alot more exp than the above

The companies have different cost, different number and type of clients.

As you grow older premium also increase Ma. Change of lifestyle means u may need higher coverage after 5 years 😂

you can compare GE flexi term
SA 200k term 6 year premiun 206/year
SA 200k term 30 year premiun 396/year

I think this is the best term plan
