Not good. You body is only producing 50% of the collagen it once did when you are 20. And it’ll only drop further.

You must be prepared for tanned, dried, wrinkly skin if you really want to do dragon boating.

Joined in my early 20s, basically any girl on the boat is available if you are up for it.

We trained hard in the day and at night play hard as well.
