TS, you should go there and see the number of cyclists there at 1-2am.

It is part of the famous round island and "hammer loop" cycling route. Please don't make it sound like its super ulu or scary or exotic. I often cycle there to neo tiew to train at night. Sometimes alone, sometimes with friend.
