Know their strengths and weaknesses, and even their hobbies and likes.

hate these kind of team mate, ownself don't want do work still want to make others follow the toxic ways so it makes the toxic way look like a norm and the ones truly doing work end up stick out like a sore thumb, but I also learnt no point trying to figure out such nonsense people, end up everyone will see the real 老鼠屎 mouse shiet is who :s13:
These still not the worst - there's another type that is toxic to team mates but damn wayang in front of the boss

PLP to the max and end up, boss believes them rather than us

Be prepared to do more sai Kang.
Simple things unable to move in a project because your employees job grade most people will ignore, that's when you need to step in to get things moving.
