My current mobo only have 2 Sata3 ports all used up. Looking for PCI-e with 4 ports, if come with eSata port will be a bonus. Thanks in adv :)

If you intend for connection to HDDs, it will just work as fast connected to SATA II 3.0 Gbps ports...

Considering the cost of a decent SATA card, might as well change the MB.

In fact I ever consider change mobo. Can I change mobo without changing CPU, RAM and PSU?

Here is my system specs:
i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Gigabyte Z77-D3H
AMD Radeon HD 6450
4x 4GB G.Skill DDR3-1600 MHz
PSU Coolmaster EX2 625

I'm considering changing to this Gigabyte mobo Z170-D3H

Sorry bro, u can't work that way, since they can't do backward compatibility for both your CPU and rams. U have to change these 2 together with your mobo as well.
