Any Hyper V Expert?

Hi all ,

seeking some advise. I am trying Hyper V on Windows 10 Pro.

I install Centos on a new vm . it created a virtual nic with ip range of 172.x.x.x
i can ping to internet. my home network ip range is 192.x.x.x and dhcp from router

so if another pc (192.x.x.x range) want to ping to the centos vm is not possible and it's not in the same range. how can i make the ip range avaliable to all pc i connected to .

so using this way i have to recreate my vm from start rite?

Add a additional nic card to the vm.

Create a new virtual switch that piggy backs on your existing physical network adapter card. Attach the switch to the VM and remove the existing default.

You do not need to recreate your VM.
