Bad la. Angmoh dw to rent anymore. Now all is south asian. Very scared they ruin the kitchen. It's very expensive to repair kitchen.

Upgraded to rent from the super wealthy, say only 50% more in rental for landed living.(inter terrace).
I think she can wfh, because 50% more of what the rental was cannot rent equivalent districts.
British lawyer, zho simi admiralty law in some sg based shipping company. Monthly 60k, 3x edmw. Under 40 years old some more.

My commercial and residential all rented out no problem leh.

Looking forward to buy another unit, waiting for my agent to tell me if there's any fire sale or special lobang. So far don't have leh, market holding well, only at inside edmw has depression.

All the Malaysians I know all stick to staying Singapore. Interestingly, never heard of one saying that it ever crossed their mind wanna stay in jb. Infact a few converted to SC and most aim or achieve at least PR. Official stats support this observation and it is at an increasing trend.

Don't know why only heard of the reverse in edmw. Maybe different audience, they chat with caipng sellers while I spoke to white/blue collars.
