My wife have been nagging too many boxes in the store room.
Even threatened to donate away these BNIB.
I very sad. Collected quite long already.

If can only keep 5 sets , which one to keep ?

I have the above 10261 and 42100 .
I feel only those sets that come with mini figs are the one that can fetch higher price when EOL. So those stadiums, typewriter , piano are very hard to gain much profit as demands are not there

Lego Star wars used to fetch high price but now lego has been released the same models with slight modifications.

And u know what is the main problem of lego owner. That is no place to display after u build and mostly ended up your set in BNIB.

Agree with you, on the no space to put or display.
At first see the set on shelf very nice , then impulse buy.
Wasted money.

I used to be a toy collector in my much younger days (20s to 30s) as well by the way.

My collections comprised of those Movie Maniacs horror characters and Spawn action figures from Todd McFarlane, Bandai’s Masked Riders Chogokins, Medicom’s and JUN PLANNING’s Nightmare Before Christmas, some selected LEGOs etc etc.

But with the birth of my son back then, bo pian have to give up my passion and sell them all away for milk powder and diapers money.

Good thing your wife is still understanding enough to allow u to keep at least 5 sets.

Agree. After have children, really not enough time and resources to do all these.
