any microsoft international labtop user here?

i have a microsoft international labtop

raider series 10 month old only

normal usage open close lid only, not dropped or banged.
the bezel is cracked open,
now cannot close the lcd anymore.

wonder if any one has same problem and can get it repair by microsoft international?
