Any Opposition Volunteer Here ?

I should have written down the serial number of my vote slip..........

so any Opposition volunteer here ?..........were there any at the polling centres........on the vans that transported the ballot boxes to the counting centres ?

were the ballot boxes at any time handed over to Elections Dept officials without an Opposition volunteer present ?

is there any time that the ballot boxes were left ''unguarded'' by opposition volunteers ?......like in the van or at the counting centre ?

1. At 8pm, polling agents (from different parties) will witness the sealing of the ballot boxes by the polling officials.

2. Polling officials will put self-destruct security seals on top of the stickers that sealed the ballot box slits.

3. Self-destruct seals are designed for one time use. The intact self-destruct seals are proof to the counting officials that the ballot box have not been tampered with during the transport process.

4. The ballot boxes are transported by the polling officials (with the presence of police officers and polling agents from different parties) on specially chartered buses from polling centre to counting centre. Polling agents can eyeball the ballot boxes all the time. At no time will the ballot boxes be left unattended.

5. The counting agents from different parties at the counting centres can check on these seals before the ballot boxes are opened for counting.

6. The system is fair and square. We are not malaysia. If there was fraud, the opposition parties would have made noise already. Trust the system.

I started this thread becoz I couldn't believe Sinkies could be this dumb or gutless........looks like I could be wrong........

from now on, i'll try to pass off as a M'sian......Sinkies are now the laughing-stock of Asia ....if not the world..........

It is always watched until results are out. The civil servants are neutral. They make mistakes but it should be out of fatigue instead of malice. How I know the mistakes are fatigue instead of malice? U can see they are tired and u can observe. Cannot say more.

The counting agelnt is to ensure it is fair and no mistakes are made. BTW, spoilt votes are really spoilt votes. Like no marking or two markings. So it is fair.

The vote is secret. In theory, it can be traced but which govt in its right mind will break the seal, take the votes, trace to ballot slip and then trace to name and then probably find out its a nobody who voted opposition ? And all the while any neutral bystander is potentially a whistle blower? So please, the vote is secret.

Don't spread fear. Some older folks or daft sinkies still think the vote is not secret. I've been voting opposition every time. But my town council always listen to me. Thet thought I pap supporter. Lol.

Moi volunteer. Got one on the bus that will follow the boxes to the counting centre. Gotch opposition volunteer present+ signature on the box and seal. The volunteer must verified that the boxes ish ok before it is valid.

It's is silly to suggest the slip are rigged. Yes they know the general area where there are strong oppo and pap supporters and draw the boundaries. It's just that too many people caught up with sg50 and LKY death... And of course scare tactic.. These are actually the 10-15% of the people. The rest are hard core pap or opposition, and 5%-10% new citizens.. Not forgetting new citizens from before 2011
