Keyboard & mouse? Operating System windows 7 or 8.1? Speakers?

All this do you need?

Please be more detailed so that we can help you further.

OS no preference. Keyboard and mouse wireless but dont think this will cost much.

You have no idea how expensive a gaming mouse and a keyboard cost dont you?

A simple mech keyboard $99 and a mouse $35 easily eat up 100bucks but since you aint gaming and your budget is at 1.2k

Asrock h81m dgs + g3220 ~ $140
Adata 4gb 1600mhz. ~ $43
Wd blue 1tb ~ $77
Plextor m5s 128gb ~ $128
Sharkoon ms140 ~ $52
HEC truepower 300w ~ $35
Samsung ODD ~ $21
Windows 7 home premium 64bit oem ~ $115
Logitech mk120 keyboard and mouse combo ~ $18
TPlink wireless N150 USB adapter ~ $18

Total ~ $647. Buy at tradepac. Diy

Actually my pc crash and cannot reboot. After format the hardisk and reset to factory default. After use for few days, same problem again. Not sure is my hardisk problem or not. So thinking to get a new pc instead.
