Any problem with my PSU volt? 3.3 im running at 3.296..is that normal?

Normal. It's almost never a perfect 3.3 or 5v or 12v. That's why your motherboard and all devices have VRM

Why question the below target voltage....

Hahaha

The 12v out by 0.09v which is even more
