You don't need an agent. You can call or liaise with the CSO directly for simple claims and queries.

Sorry to say, but from my experience the newly assigned agent will not bother to service your existing policies. Instead, he/she will sell more policies to you.

You may have to but I'm sure you will be unhappy if the taken over clients don't buy new products..

I login to my pruaccess and got the agent. The agent did send me what I need and did some explaination for my CPFIS before sending me the forms
